Welcome to VCCOH 2011

VCCOH Conference Program

The 2011 Villa Conference on Complex Oxide Heterostructures (VCCOH 2011) will continue the success of  the 2008 in Orlando Florida, 2009 in St. Thomas U.S. Virgin Islands, and 2010 in Santorini Greece, by providing an interdisciplinary forum for a diverse of researchers working on synthesis, theory, modeling, and characterization of functional complex oxides, bridging materials research and applications.

VCCOH 2011 will take place from April 21st to 25th, 2011 in the Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa. The resort is located off the strip and offers spectacular views of Red Rock Canyon. A shuttle service is available to the Strip.

The second to none friendly and stimulating atmosphere will unite international scientists with common professional interests to share both recent developments and their new ideas about revolutionary approaches that promise materials with new functionalities and behaviors.

WELCOME!

Conference Chairs: Melanie W. Cole and Gregory J. Salamo
General Chair: Zhiming M. Wang, University of Arkansas, USA

Concurrent Conference: Villa Conference on Interactions Among Nanostructures (VCIAN)
